We offer free shipping anywhere in India for pre-paid orders.
All COD within India, shipping chargers will be Rs 100

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items, shipping method selected, and destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days across most locations in India but it can take up to 10 days for remote locations. Prachi Gupta reserves the right to cancel an order if unsuccessful after three attempts made at delivering it.
5. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any such delays.
6. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Damaged Parcel
In the event that your package arrives visibly damaged or you suspect damage, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

There may be a delay in shipping due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic and lock downs in certain cities. We will make deliveries as soon as possible.
